Cultural Competitions Rules

The rules governing participation in the cultural competitions organised by Tamsha APS.

Last updated: 16 June 2026
01

Nature of the competitions

Tamsha APS organises exclusively cultural competitions, with the aim of cultural, artistic and territorial promotion, in keeping with the association's institutional activities. The competitions do not provide for cash prizes or material goods of commercial relevance.

Within its own initiatives, Tamsha APS may provide for automatic draws to assign association materials or symbolic recognitions. Such draws, having no commercial purpose nor promotional purpose of an entrepreneurial nature, take place exclusively within the association's institutional activities.
02

Participation

Participation in cultural competitions is reserved for users registered on the Portal. Each competition is governed by a dedicated specific set of Rules, available on the Portal, which the user is required to read and accept before participating.
03

Submitted materials

By submitting their participating material, the user declares that they are the author of it or that they hold the rights necessary for its publication, and authorises Tamsha APS to publish and communicate the material to the public, with attribution to the author guaranteed in any context of use, for the purposes connected with the competition and the association's activities.

On Tamsha APS's official social channels, photographs and short content may be published in full, while videos, audio and longer texts may be shared in part. Ownership of the content remains with the user.
04

Results and publication of winners

At the end of each competition, the results of those ranked in the top positions and their respective scores may be made public on the Portal. Each competition independently defines which positions are shown and which are awarded.
05

Events and awards

Participating content may be screened or presented as part of events related to the competition. Prizes are awarded in digital form; on the occasion of dedicated events, a physical award ceremony may also be provided. The absence of the person concerned from the event does not entail the loss of the prize awarded.
06

Registers and archives

Tamsha APS maintains a register of the cultural competitions organised by the association, which records the data of the awarded participants — name, surname, edition and competition concerned. Tamsha APS may also publish in the register the material with which the participants took part.
