Our itineraries

The itineraries proposed by Tamsha APS are routes for discovering and enhancing the Apulian territory, designed for those who wish to experience something authentic, culturally rich and physically demanding. These are multi-day itineraries that cross the places, landscapes and historical heritage of Apulia, and that require adequate planning.

Tamsha APS is committed to ensuring the accuracy of the information provided — signage, points of interest, reference facilities — in compliance with applicable local and national regulations. However, the very nature of these routes, which extend for hundreds of kilometres across variable and constantly evolving environments, makes it impossible to guarantee a constant and absolute correspondence between the published information and the actual conditions of the locations.
02

User responsibility

Itineraries are undertaken under the full and personal responsibility of the user. Tamsha APS cannot be held liable for adverse events occurring along the route, including, by way of example and not exhaustively: accidents or injuries of any kind; adverse weather conditions; temporary or permanent inaccessibility of locations indicated in the itinerary due to closures, timetable changes or restrictions beyond the association's control; theft or other events relating to personal safety; difficulties relating to the participant's physical condition or to changes in the conditions of the territory.

Before undertaking an itinerary, the user is responsible for independently assessing their own physical condition, the adequacy of their equipment and the conditions of the route. In case of doubt, it is advisable to consult the local authorities or qualified professionals.

Before undertaking the itinerary, the user must sign the liability waiver prepared by Tamsha APS, in digital or paper form. Without this signature it is not possible to proceed.
03

Changes to locations

The information contained in the itineraries is prepared on the basis of the knowledge available at the time of publication and is updated with the utmost possible care. Tamsha APS cannot, however, guarantee that places, facilities or points of interest are always accessible in the manner indicated: openings, timetables and conditions may vary for reasons entirely beyond the association's control.

The user is invited to check local conditions before departure and to stay updated along the route.
04

External guides and collaborators

Tamsha APS selects its external collaborators — partner agencies and local guides — according to criteria of quality and consistency with the association's values. While it cannot be held responsible for the services provided by third parties, Tamsha APS nonetheless invites the user to report any issues encountered: every piece of feedback is valuable in maintaining the quality standards the association is committed to safeguarding.
