Guidelines
The rules of conduct for an inclusive, safe and respectful community.
Last updated: 16 June 2026Contents
01
Purpose
These Guidelines define the rules of conduct that all Portal users are required to observe in order to ensure an inclusive, safe environment consistent with the values of Tamsha APS. Use of the Portal and participation in its features imply reading and fully accepting these Guidelines.
02
Publishable content
Users may propose the publication of photographs and articles in compliance with the following conditions:
• Content must be original or content for which the user holds the rights of use
• It must not infringe the rights of third parties (copyright, image rights, privacy)
• It must be consistent with the themes and values of the Portal
• It must not contain offensive, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit elements
• It must not have unauthorised commercial or advertising purposes
All proposed content is subject to review and approval by Tamsha APS before publication.
By submitting photographs, videos, audio, articles or any other material in the context of Portal activities — including galleries, initiatives and cultural competitions — the user grants Tamsha APS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, publish and make such content accessible within the Portal and at related events, with attribution to the author guaranteed in any context of use. On the association's official social channels, photographs and short content may be published in full, while videos, audio and longer texts may be shared in part. Ownership of the content remains with the user.

03
Participation in groups
The groups on the Portal are created and managed by Tamsha APS. To access a group it is necessary to send a request for admission, which will be assessed and handled by Tamsha APS staff.
Within the groups, users may publish posts, leave comments, interact through reactions and tag other users in posts and comments. All published content must comply with the rules of these Guidelines and with the specific rules of each group.
Tamsha APS reserves the right to remove non-compliant content. In the event of improper, offensive conduct or conduct contrary to the values of the community, Tamsha APS may proceed with the suspension or removal of the user from the group and, in the most serious cases, with the suspension or permanent blocking of the account. Such decisions are taken by Tamsha APS staff following a direct assessment: there are no automatic suspension or blocking systems. A user in one of these situations may request reactivation: every request will be assessed.
To leave a group it is enough to contact Tamsha APS: the request will be handled promptly.

04
Attribution and visibility
Content published by users on the Portal is always credited to the author. Depending on the context, the credit may appear as "Published by", "With" or "Guest" — in all cases the author's name is present and links back to their profile on the Portal. Links to the author's social profiles may also be included.
When Tamsha APS shares user content on its official social channels, attribution is provided as follows: collaborator tag on Instagram, direct tag on Facebook, tag in the description on TikTok, mention in the description on YouTube.

05
Content of removed users
In the event of suspension or permanent blocking of an account, the content previously published by the user on the Portal remains visible and accessible to the community. To preserve its integrity and ensure the continuity of the Portal, the attribution of such content is reassigned to Tamsha APS. The original ownership of the content is in no way transferred: this is solely a measure to safeguard the community and the published material.
