02
Description of the Portal
The Portal is a multilingual digital tool (Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch and Portuguese) of Tamsha APS, designed for the promotion of the Apulian territory, cultural enhancement, community involvement and the delivery of the association's institutional activities. It includes, among others, the Puglia Evvai! Attività and Puglia Evvai! Eventi sections, editorial and multimedia content, itineraries, initiatives, cultural competitions and tools for the active participation of users.
03
Features accessible without registration
The Portal freely allows, without the need for registration, access to all public sections, including: information pages, community gallery, Puglia Evvai! Attività and Puglia Evvai! Eventi, articles, communications, multimedia content, partner pages and information about the association. The selection of the browsing language is available to all users. Some sections or content are accessible in a differentiated form according to the type of user and their respective permissions.
04

05
Features reserved for registered users
Registered users have access to the following features:
Itinerary logbook — a tool for the progressive recording of the stages travelled, with the possibility of immortalising each stage through photographs. The digital logbook gathers the story of the places visited and provides at any time a complete and consultable history of all the experiences accumulated over time.
Content submission — users may propose photographs for the community gallery and articles for the editorial section of the Portal, always with attribution to the author. The proposed content is subject to assessment by Tamsha APS and, if accepted, may be published in full or in part.
Cultural competitions — participation in the cultural competitions organised by Tamsha APS. Participating content, published on the Portal with attribution to the author, competes in accordance with the terms indicated in the Cultural Competitions Rules.
Groups — participation in thematic groups with the possibility of publishing posts, leaving comments, interacting through reactions, tagging and being tagged in posts and comments. Groups do not constitute a private messaging space: interactions take place exclusively in public form.
Personal area — a reserved space in which the user manages their personal data, the privacy settings of the profile and accesses the complete history of their activities on the Portal — itineraries, competitions, published content, followed initiatives — with the possibility of accessing directly all the tools that the Portal makes available.
Notifications — the Portal sends service notifications relating to regulatory updates, communications from the association and the user's activity. Notifications are calibrated to be relevant and non-intrusive.
Direct contact on the site — the Portal provides registered users with a channel for direct communication with Tamsha APS.
Registered users may receive communications by email from Tamsha APS: operational messages linked to the account or communications relating to the activities, initiatives and life of the association. These are never mass or irrelevant communications.

06
Economic contributions for participation in activities
Itineraries always require the payment of an economic contribution to cover the costs of delivery. Courses, events and initiatives may require a contribution, communicated on a case-by-case basis. All contributions are handled through secure payment systems integrated into the Portal, in accordance with the non-commercial nature of Tamsha APS. Tamsha APS does not store data relating to the payment instruments used. Transactions are visible to the Tamsha APS team exclusively for management and accounting purposes.
Contributions paid are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation of the activity by Tamsha APS or a different specific communication.
Tamsha APS is a non-profit association. The proceeds deriving from users' contributions are entirely reinvested in the association's activities and in the territory.

07
Intellectual property
All original content of the Portal — texts, images, videos, audio, logos, names, application systems and digital infrastructures — is the exclusive property of Tamsha APS or of third parties who have authorised its use. The reproduction, distribution, modification or any other unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.
An exception is made for a limited number of historical images in the public domain or whose provenance cannot be determined with certainty. Tamsha APS does not claim ownership of such content and undertakes to remove it promptly upon a reasoned report from the legitimate rights holder.
Content submitted by users remains the property of the respective authors. Upon submission, the user grants Tamsha APS a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for the publication and communication to the public of such content within the Portal and the association's activities, with attribution to the author guaranteed. The complete conditions are described in the Privacy Policy and in the Community Guidelines.

08
Rules of conduct on the Portal
The user undertakes not to publish or transmit through the Portal content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory or harmful to the dignity of others; that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties; that contains malware or malicious code; of an unauthorised commercial or advertising nature; that conflicts with the values and institutional aims of Tamsha APS.
Tamsha APS reserves the right to remove non-compliant content and to suspend or close the account of users who violate these rules, without obligation of prior notice in cases of serious violation.

09
Advertising and partner banners
The Portal hosts banners and advertisements of partners selected by Tamsha APS — including regions, provinces, municipalities, public bodies, companies, associations and organisations — in full consistency with the values and vision of the association. The presence of partners is managed so as not to be intrusive. Partners do not receive users' personal data: only aggregate and anonymous statistics on visit flows and interactions with the Portal's content may be shared with them.
10
Limitation of liability
IT security
Tamsha APS adopts security measures adequate to protect the Portal and users' data. However, no IT system can guarantee absolute protection. Tamsha APS cannot be held liable for damages arising from unauthorised access, service interruptions, cyberattacks or other events beyond its control. The user is invited to actively protect their credentials and not to provide them to anyone. No Tamsha APS member — nor anyone presenting themselves as such — will ever ask for your password or your payment details.
Third-party sites and services
Tamsha APS is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or services offered by third-party sites and platforms reachable through links present on the Portal, including partner sites. Access to such sites takes place under the full responsibility of the user.
Service availability
Tamsha APS is committed to ensuring the continuity of the Portal, but cannot rule out interruptions due to maintenance, updates or technical causes beyond its control.
